For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved giving new life to old things. There’s something magical about taking a forgotten piece and transforming it into something fresh, wearable, and full of personality.

I started Sew Flipping Thrifty because I believe fashion should be fun, personal, and planet-friendly. Every piece I make—from thrift-flipped sweaters to handcrafted accessories—is part of my mission to help you express your style without supporting fast fashion.

When I first learned how to sew, I also started learning about how harmful the fashion industry really is—not just for the planet, but for the people behind the seams. From unethical labor practices to massive amounts of textile waste, I realized I didn’t want to be part of that cycle.

Sew Flipping Thrifty is my way of flipping the narrative. I want to make sustainable fashion accessible to everyone—even if you can’t sew, thrift, or transform things yourself. Whether it’s a headscarf made from thrifted linens, a reworked sweater, or a one-of-a-kind keychain, every piece is handmade with care, intention, and secondhand materials.
