How customs work

1. fill out the form

Fill out the custom order request form with as much detail as you possibly can. I want to see pictures of the piece that made you want a custom order, any ideas you have, sketches, mood boards with colors, literally everything and anything you can think of.

2. i'll reach out

I'll reach back out with any clarifying questions, then send you an invoice for the custom order price. Shipping is not included and will be calculated at checkout.

3. mockup

Once your invoice is paid, I'll start working on your mockup. Your mockup is created using the pieces sourced based on your preferences.

Please note: if you are sending in your own pieces, you are responsible for shipping them to me. I will refund the shipping on your order so you don't pay shipping twice. I wait to receive your pieces before sourcing or working on your mockup, because I prefer to see everything in person first.

4. approval

You'll receive your mockup for approval. Once it's approved, I'll get started on your piece.

5. your piece is made

Once approved, your piece will take 3-4 weeks to complete and ship out to you. I'll keep you in the loop on the progress and send you a photo once it's done, before it ships, to make sure you're happy with it.
